Beginners will require adult assistance. Please note that to enter the rink you must wear skates for safety reasons. Minimum age for skating is 4years. Children from 4-11 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the duration of their stay.

In 1873 Marianne Brocklehurst, daughter of a Macclesfield silk manufacturer, set off for Egypt with her companion Mary Booth (they were known as the MBs), her nephew, and a servant. They sailed the Nile and collected a wealth of incredible artefacts.
